about 4 days ago the cutest little puppy just showed up near our house, and once it found our backyard (the fence is broken and easy for puppies to enter) it made OUR backyard her home, problem was that it was a pit bull and tiny for now, but Dahlia had just 2 weeks prior been bitten by a little dog and is now terrified of jumping puppies, since that is how the bite started, merely jumping then when that scared her the puppy seemed that she was a screaming invader to it’s house and jumped and bit her underarm and was swaying back and forth from her, so …….
pit bull jumping puppy bad, and she got our dog in a “play” fight by the neck to the point of blood, so we had them come take her and give her to someone not scared of her,
i wish her a good home– and am sorry i never got a picture, she was cute, all black except for white socks–awwww

the other day (after watching lots of Disney movies, and reading several of the princess stories) Dahlia was wandering around calling her step-mother (which she doesn’t have) and I asked her if she even knew what a step-mother was, she replied, “Yes, it’s a princess mommy”

quick update to the last 2 months:

we got a puppy - Lena
went strawberry picking - so cute to watch the girls
went to Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock, Thomas went down — was great fun to watch
